E & K Heating & Air is seeking an HVAC Install Helper for a seasonal, on-call role, ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry without the commitment of a full-time position. This role offers approximately one day of work per week, depending on business needs. Hours are not guaranteed, making it a flexible option for those looking to learn and grow in the field while maintaining other commitments. As a 1099 contractor, you will be called in as needed to assist with installations.

Role Type:  Seasonal, On-Call (1 Day per Week, No Guaranteed Hours)

Pay:  Flat Rate/Day*

Pay Frequency:  Weekly
 

Location:  Metro Atlanta

​Requirements/Education:

• Applicants must have at least a high school diploma or GED

• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid GA drivers license and transportation

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

• Must be able to climb ladders and sometimes work at heights

• Must be able to constantly work with your hands

• Must be able to work in confined spaces and stay safe
